What lash trays are best for beginners?

If you’re just starting out, we recommend starting with premade fans. They allow you to focus on placement, isolation, and retention without the added pressure of handmade fanning.

Once you build confidence, you can transition into handmade volume.

What curl and thickness should I stock as a beginner lash tech?

For beginner lash techs in Australia, the most popular curls are:

  • C curl
  • D curl

The most commonly used diameters are:

  • 0.10-0.07 for volume
  • 0.05-0.03 for mega volume
  • 0.15 for classic sets

These will cover 90% of client requests.

Are your lash supplies suitable for Australian climates?

Yes. Our products are selected with Australian humidity and temperature conditions in mind. Whether you’re in dry heat or coastal humidity, we guide you on proper glue pairing and storage for optimal retention.

How long do premade lash fans last?

When applied correctly with proper isolation and aftercare, premade lash fans can last 2–3 weeks before infills are required, depending on your client’s natural lash cycle.

Retention always depends on:

  • Application technique
  • Humidity control
  • Aftercare compliance

Do you offer wholesale lash supplies?

Yes. We offer wholesale options for established lash techs and salon owners looking to stock quality lash supplies. Contact us directly for wholesale information and minimum order quantities.

Do students get a discount on lash supplies?

Yes. All of our students receive a lifetime discount to our lash supplies store. We believe in supporting you long after your training is complete.

What glue should I use as a beginner?

Beginner lash techs should use a slower drying adhesive. Fast drying glues are designed for advanced artists and can affect retention if your placement isn’t quick yet.

We teach you how to choose the right adhesive during training.

How should I store my lash glue?

Store your glue:

  • In a cool, dry place
  • In an airtight container
  • Away from direct sunlight

Never refrigerate once opened.
