Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is placed. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind under any circumstances. However, we do allow change of mind exchanges under strict conditions.

Change of Mind – Exchange Only

We accept change of mind exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be submitted within 30 days from the order date
  • Item must be unused, unopened and in original packaging
  • Item must be in resalable condition
  • Exchange must be for a product(s) of equal or greater value
  • No refunds or store credits will be issued for change of mind
  • Customer is responsible for all postage costs (return postage and postage for the new item)
  • Postage costs paid are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward the new order
  • All returned items are inspected before approval

Alpha Lash Supplies reserves the right to refuse any exchange if items show signs of use, damage, contamination, missing packaging or are not in original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If you believe an item is faulty, please email us at alphalashsupplies@gmail.com within 30 days of order date.

All faulty claims are assessed and inspected before a decision is made.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance in line with Australian Consumer Law. If repair or replacement is not available, a refund may be considered as required by law.

Faults caused by misuse, incorrect application, accidental damage or neglect are not covered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges can be accepted on the following unless faulty:

  • Adhesives, liquids, primers, removers
  • Lash trays that have been opened or tampered with
  • Used or opened products
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Hazardous or flammable goods
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Postage paid on original orders will not be reimbursed
  • Return shipping will not be credited or deducted from a new order
  • We recommend using tracked postage as we are not responsible for lost returns

How to Lodge a Return

To arrange a return or exchange, you must contact us first at alphalashsupplies@gmail.com

Include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item/s being returned
  • Reason (include photos/videos if product is faulty)

No return will be accepted without prior approval.
